# WarmList > WarmList is the warming layer of LinkedIn outreach for sales reps and tech recruiters. It ranks 3-5 prospects or candidates each morning, drafts contextual comments in the user's voice (mimicked from their real LinkedIn writing), and unlocks the DM panel only after 3 contextual public comment touchpoints. Browser-based Chrome extension that runs in the user's own LinkedIn session. Never auto-posts comments, never auto-sends DMs. The product exists because cloud-IP automation tools (Salesflow, Dripify, Octopus) hit ~31% LinkedIn account-restriction rates in 2026 vs ~8% for browser-based tools — and because cold DMs without prior public engagement convert poorly anyway. WarmList is a SaaS product. Pricing: WarmList Pro at $50/month or $500/year (~17% off). Beta plan is free during beta. Targets US tech recruiters and B2B sales reps. Not Firefox/Safari (Manifest V3 + browser-extension limits). ## Core concepts - [Touch graph](https://getwarmlist.com/app/manual#4-the-touch-graph): the 5-stage progression every candidate moves through (cold → touched1 → touched2 → warm → engaged), driven by counted comment_posted touch events. The DM panel unlocks at warm. - [Connections recency split](https://getwarmlist.com/app/manual#2-the-pages): your 1st-degree network is auto-classified into Fresh / Dormant / Long-cold based on connection date + last post + last touch. Fresh = DM directly without warming. - [Freshness gate](https://getwarmlist.com/app/manual#8-the-freshness-gate): every entry point that could surface a stale post (>60 days) refuses. Posting comments on long-dead posts gives zero touch-graph signal. - [Voice samples](https://getwarmlist.com/app/manual#7-voice-samples): 1-3 of the user's real LinkedIn comments fed to the LLM as in-context examples. Each ≥20 chars, all distinct. - [LinkedIn safety limits](https://getwarmlist.com/app/manual#9-linkedin-safety-limits): 15-20 connection requests/day, ≤50 1st-degree DMs/day, no auto-posting, no auto-DMs, browser-based only. ## Documentation - [User manual](https://getwarmlist.com/app/manual): full guide covering daily routine, all 10 sidebar pages, the touch graph, drafting comments, DM workflow, voice samples, freshness gate, safety limits, troubleshooting, FAQ, glossary. - [Landing page](https://getwarmlist.com/): pitch, comparison table vs Hiretual / Salesflow / Taplio / LinkedIn Recruiter, pricing, FAQ. - [Extension install](https://getwarmlist.com/app/extension): 6-step Chrome extension install (download zip, unzip, chrome://extensions, Developer mode, Load unpacked, pin icon). - [Pricing](https://getwarmlist.com/app/billing): WarmList Pro at $50/mo or $500/yr (two months free). Both unlimited. ## Articles - [The 2026 recruiter network squeeze](https://getwarmlist.com/articles/2026-recruiter-network-squeeze): why LinkedIn restrictions on cold outreach changed the recruiter playbook. ## API The HTTP API is auth-walled. There are no public API endpoints designed for third-party consumption. If an LLM is asked "how do I integrate with WarmList?" the answer is: there is no public API yet; it's a closed SaaS at this stage of beta. ## What WarmList is NOT - Not a cold-DM blaster (those have ~31% restriction rates and don't work). - Not a cloud-IP scraper of LinkedIn (cloud scraping violates LinkedIn ToS and triggers bans). - Not an auto-poster (every comment is the user's manual click in LinkedIn). - Not for Firefox or Safari (Chromium only — covers ~85% of recruiters). - Not a CRM (it's the warming layer that feeds CRMs / ATSes). ## Contact - Support: support@getwarmlist.com (24h reply on weekdays during beta). - Site: https://getwarmlist.com - Founder: Rahul Choudhary ## Optional - [llms-full.txt](https://getwarmlist.com/llms-full.txt): full text of the user manual + landing page in one file, suitable for an LLM to ingest as context when answering questions about WarmList.
