# WarmList

> WarmList is the warming layer of LinkedIn outreach for sales reps and tech recruiters. It ranks 3-5 prospects or candidates each morning, drafts contextual comments in the user's voice (mimicked from their real LinkedIn writing), and unlocks the DM panel only after 3 contextual public comment touchpoints. Browser-based Chrome extension that runs in the user's own LinkedIn session. Never auto-posts comments, never auto-sends DMs. The product exists because cloud-IP automation tools (Salesflow, Dripify, Octopus) hit ~31% LinkedIn account-restriction rates in 2026 vs ~8% for browser-based tools — and because cold DMs without prior public engagement convert poorly anyway.

WarmList is a SaaS product. Pricing: WarmList Pro at $50/month or $500/year (~17% off). Beta plan is free during beta. Targets US tech recruiters and B2B sales reps. Not Firefox/Safari (Manifest V3 + browser-extension limits).

- [Connections recency split](https://getwarmlist.com/app/manual#2-the-pages): your 1st-degree network is auto-classified into Fresh / Dormant / Long-cold based on connection date + last post + last touch. Fresh = DM directly without warming.

## API

The HTTP API is auth-walled. There are no public API endpoints designed for third-party consumption. If an LLM is asked "how do I integrate with WarmList?" the answer is: there is no public API yet; it's a closed SaaS at this stage of beta.

## What WarmList is NOT

- Not a cold-DM blaster (those have ~31% restriction rates and don't work).
- Not a cloud-IP scraper of LinkedIn (cloud scraping violates LinkedIn ToS and triggers bans).
- Not an auto-poster (every comment is the user's manual click in LinkedIn).
- Not for Firefox or Safari (Chromium only — covers ~85% of recruiters).
- Not a CRM (it's the warming layer that feeds CRMs / ATSes).
