WarmList is the warming layer of LinkedIn outreach. We exist because cold InMail collapsed in 2026 and cloud-IP automation tools (Salesflow, Dripify, Octopus) hit ~31% LinkedIn account-restriction rates. The recruiter or seller who relies on those approaches loses both their reply rate and their primary professional account. WarmList is the alternative still standing: 5 minutes a day, browser-based, every action a human click, DM panel locked until 3 contextual public touches have landed.

Who we serve

Our customers are US tech recruiters (in-house TA at Series-A through public companies, agency recruiters running 5+ concurrent searches) and US B2B sales reps (AEs and SDRs at SaaS companies selling into mid-market and enterprise US accounts).

The two workflows are mirror-images — both are running outbound on LinkedIn at volume, both are seeing the cold-DM math collapse, and both win when their target sees their name three times engaging with their work before any DM lands. The product is identical for both audiences. The marketing copy distinguishes "candidate" from "prospect" but the daily routine is the same.

We don't serve high-volume cold-DM blasters who treat LinkedIn accounts as disposable. The product is built around the premise that your account is your professional identity and you can't afford to lose it. If you're optimizing for raw outbound volume across 5 burner accounts, Salesflow / Dripify is a better fit and we say so on every comparison page.

Founder

Rahul Choudhary is the founder. Previously built and ran UPSCAnswerCheck.com, a SvelteKit + Supabase product with proven distribution and the "ship-it-yourself" engineering chops WarmList runs on. Solo founder for now; small team scales as paid customers do.

WarmList is operated by INDIASCHOOL AI Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated in India (Corporate Identity Number U85500KA2026PTC214264, registered in Bangalore, Karnataka). Paddle handles US sales tax + EU VAT + GST as Merchant of Record so you transact with a US-fluent payment surface regardless of where the legal entity sits. Customers worldwide; built in Bangalore.

What we believe (the product convictions)

• Action provenance — every public LinkedIn artifact is a human click. WarmList never auto-posts a comment. Never auto-sends a DM. Never auto-clicks Connect / Like. The Send button is always yours, every time. This is the architectural choice that keeps your account at ~8% restriction rate vs ~31% for cloud-IP automation.
• Browser-based, in your own LinkedIn session. Cloud-IP scraping has been the dominant model in B2B outreach tools for a decade and is now actively being detected at scale. The alternative — a Chrome extension that operates inside your normal LinkedIn tab with your normal IP, cookies, and session — is what the data says actually survives 2026 enforcement.
• Discipline beats volume. Two-sentence DMs with three prior public comments outperform 50 cold InMails per week, by an order of magnitude in reply rate. The product enforces this with a touch graph: cold → touched1 → touched2 → warm → engaged. The DM panel literally locks until warm.
• Honest pricing. $25/month, $250/year (~17% off, two months free). No anchor-from-fake-$50, no seat tiers, no per-AI-credit games. 5-day free trial; no card to begin. Cancel anytime.
• Desktop-only because the product can't run on mobile. Chrome extensions don't work on iOS/Android. Rather than ship a half-broken responsive dashboard that fakes mobile usability, we hard-gate the product surface below 1024px viewport and tell mobile users to come back on their laptop. Marketing pages stay accessible so search traffic can still read the pitch.
