Refund Policy

We want WarmList to actually work for you. If it doesn't, you can get your money back. The full policy is short:

14-day money-back guarantee

Full refund on your first paid month or annual plan, no questions asked, if you request it within 14 days of the charge. Email hello@indiaschool.ai with the subject "Refund request" and the email address on your account. We typically process within 1-3 business days. The refund returns to the original payment method.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel any time from Settings → Account → Cancel subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the period you've already paid for — you keep access until the end of your current billing cycle. If you want a refund of an already-paid period, see the next section.

Refunds after 14 days

Past the 14-day window, we evaluate refund requests case-by-case. If WarmList has been broken, unavailable, or significantly different from what was described at purchase, we'll refund pro-rata for unused time. Otherwise, we usually offer credit toward a future month or feature trade-up rather than cash refund. Email us — we're reasonable.

Annual plans

Annual plan refunds are available within 30 days of purchase, pro-rated against time used. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable but you can cancel future renewal anytime.

EU and UK consumers — 14-day cooling-off

If you're a consumer (not a business) in the EU or UK, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. By starting to use WarmList you consent to immediate provision of digital services and acknowledge that the right to withdraw may not apply once the service has begun. Where the right does apply, contact us within 14 days and we'll refund within 14 days of receiving the request.

Chargebacks

Please email us before issuing a chargeback. Chargebacks cost us 25× the disputed amount in fees and account-trust impact, and we'd rather just refund you. We'll reply within 24 hours and almost always say yes.

Payments via Paddle

WarmList uses Paddle as Merchant of Record for paid subscriptions. Your payment receipts and invoices show "Paddle.com Market Limited" as the merchant. Refunds are processed by Paddle on our behalf — you'll receive an email confirmation from Paddle when the refund is initiated. For payment-method specific questions (e.g. when funds will reach your bank), see Paddle's buyer help at paddle.net.
