Who is the data controller

The data controller for WarmList is INDIASCHOOL AI PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated in India under the Companies Act, 2013, with Corporate Identity Number U85500KA2026PTC214264 and registered office at SY No 21 & 14/3, Chikkabellandur, Carmelram, Bangalore South, Bangalore 560035, Karnataka, India. Throughout this policy, "WarmList", "we", "us", and "our" refer to INDIASCHOOL AI PRIVATE LIMITED operating the Service at getwarmlist.com.

What we collect

When you sign up for WarmList, we collect: your email address (for sign-in), your name (you tell us during onboarding), your hiring criteria and target companies (so we can surface the right candidates), and the LinkedIn comments and short posts you paste as voice samples (so the AI can write in your voice).

When you use the product we record: candidate profiles you add, comments and DMs you draft and post, touch events on candidates, and the LinkedIn post excerpts you paste into the composer.

What we don't collect

We never read your LinkedIn private messages. We never scrape LinkedIn from cloud servers. We don't impersonate you. The Chrome extension only sees what's already on your screen — the same posts you can see yourself.

Who we share with

Anthropic / OpenRouter (for AI drafting), Supabase (database + auth), Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email), Paddle (payments — Paddle.com Market Limited acts as Merchant of Record). Each of these processes only the data needed for their part of the system. We don't sell your data. Ever.

Your rights

You can export all your data or delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. Deletion is permanent and removes everything within 7 days. GDPR + CCPA compliant.

Cookies

Authentication cookies only. No marketing trackers, no third-party advertising cookies, no fingerprinting.
