These Terms of Service form a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and INDIASCHOOL AI PRIVATE LIMITED. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
What WarmList is
WarmList is a SaaS product offered by INDIASCHOOL AI PRIVATE LIMITED that helps recruiters draft contextual comments and direct messages to candidates on LinkedIn. We use AI to generate drafts. You review, edit, and post them. We never send anything on your behalf without your explicit click.
Acceptable use
You agree to use WarmList only for legitimate recruiting purposes: engaging with candidates respectfully, building professional relationships, and considering them for real roles. You agree not to use WarmList to harass, mass-spam, or otherwise abuse LinkedIn users. WarmList rate-limits activity to LinkedIn's documented safe thresholds (15 connection requests/day, 50 1st-degree DMs/day) — you agree not to attempt to bypass these limits.
LinkedIn's terms
WarmList is not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn. The Chrome extension operates only inside your own LinkedIn session and posts content only when you explicitly approve. You remain responsible for following LinkedIn's User Agreement; WarmList provides architecture that's designed to comply, but doesn't guarantee LinkedIn won't restrict your account if you misuse the platform.
Free-trial period
Every new account begins with a 5-day free trial. The trial timer starts when you book (or skip) the onboarding demo and grants full access to WarmList Pro features, no credit card required. Continued use after day 5 requires a paid subscription. Product features may change at any time during the trial; we will communicate material changes in advance.
Refunds
Once paid plans go live: full refund within 14 days of any purchase, no questions. After that, pro-rated refunds at our discretion. Annual plans refundable in the first 30 days only.
Liability
WarmList is provided as-is. We don't guarantee LinkedIn account safety, candidate response rates, or specific business outcomes. Our maximum liability is the amount you've paid us in the prior 12 months.
Termination
You can cancel any time from Settings → Account. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms or use the product abusively, with 7 days notice except in cases of egregious abuse.
