LinkedIn Trust Score estimator
Heuristic estimate of your daily and weekly connection-request capacity in 2026, based on the engagement signals LinkedIn appears to weight most. Not an official LinkedIn API — the bands and numbers are derived from the published research on LinkedIn Trust Score.
Estimated band
Upper-mid Trust
Daily safe
30-50/day
Weekly safe
150-200/week
Healthy band. Most recruiters with consistent commenting habits sit here. To move higher: add 5-10 substantive comments per week and post once weekly.
How the bands work
LinkedIn replaced the old "100 invites per week" rule with a dynamic, engagement-weighted Trust Score in 2024. Your weekly capacity now ranges from 20-30 (lowest band, flagged accounts) to 200-400+ (top band, active creators). The biggest single positive signal is substantive commenting on others' content — a recruiter who comments thoughtfully on 20 candidate posts a week ends up with materially more outreach capacity than one who just blasts InMails.

Want to actually move up a band?
The unsexy answer: comment substantively on 5-10 posts per day. WarmList compresses that into 5 minutes a day — daily ranked queue, voice-tuned drafts, you click through and post.
