Pricing FAQ
How does the 5-day free trial work?
Every account starts with a 5-day free trial — full product, no credit card to begin. The timer starts when you book (or skip) the onboarding demo. On day 6, every protected page redirects to billing until you subscribe. We email you 24h before the trial ends so there's no surprise.
Is there a permanent free plan?
No. The 5-day trial is fully unlocked, but after that you need a paid subscription. The product's value is in daily use; a feature-clipped free plan would mislead you about whether it works.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly cancels at the end of the current month. Annual is refundable within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked, per our refund policy.
Do you charge per seat or per company?
Per seat. Each recruiter or sales rep needs their own account because the warming engine is keyed on the user's LinkedIn handle, voice samples, and personal pool of prospects/candidates. Team plans coming post-launch.
What about taxes?
Prices are in USD and exclude VAT/GST. EU and India customers see local tax added at checkout per Paddle's tax handling.
How does annual billing actually work?
One $250 charge upfront, you keep access for 12 months. If you cancel mid-year, you keep access until the period ends and we don't auto-renew.
